Product Arrive Time


The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at RONALIBH.COM , unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy. By purchasing you are in agreement to the following terms and conditions: You have read the product description and understand the product that you are receiving. You understand and agree to our no refund policy. You Also Agree Not To File A Dispute Or Charge Back For Your Digital Purchase Or Physical Products. You understand that once an order is submitted changes or cancellations can not be made (including item changes, shipping address changes, etc).


Processing Time: This is the time needed to prepare your order. Processing Time varies for different products! If you ordered an in-stock item (which most of our products are) it may take up to 1-3 business processing days before shipping. If you ordered a preorder item (it will be labeled preorder if it is preorder) & If it is a custom item (it will be labeled if it is) it may take 7 days to process before shipping. If you order custom/pre order items during a sale or holiday, we quote an extra week to process you order. Please be aware that business days are Monday-Friday, not including weekends.

Production Time: This is the time needed to make your custom pieces/preorder items. Time varies for each custom/preorder item. Preorder items take 1-3 weeks to arrive to RONALIBH before we begin processing. If you order custom/pre order items during a sale or holiday, we quote an extra two weeks to processing you order. Please be aware that business days are Monday-Friday, not including weekends.

Shipping Time: This is the time needed to deliver your order. Shipping Time depends on what you pay for. If you purchase First Class Mail it will take 3-5 business days for your item to arrive. If you purchase Priority Mail it will take 2-3 days for your item to arrive.

Tracking Number: You will receive a tracking number via email, only. You will receive a tracking number after your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers may take 1-7 days to update. If you still have not received a tracking number after your processing time has expired, please then email me. 

Notice: Once we have shipped your order. We are not responsible for your item if it is lost, damaged or stolen. We use USPS shipping services, please contact them for that matter. Also, if your order must be reshipped due to you providing the wrong address, please know that you will have to pay the reship fee. The reship fee varies; it is usually around $4.00-11.00 USD.

  • Contact Us: Please before you contact us, read our full store policy. We ask you not to contact us if you are asking for an update on your order…instead please refer to our order update page. Please do not email us asking where you order is, when will your order ship, or anything of that content if your processing time has not expired yet.
  • Email: When contacting us about your order, please provide us with your order number also inform us of what and when did you order, then include your concern.
